چکیده
Abstract Textile effluents being one of the major reasons for water pollution raises concern bodies and habitation surrounding them. The lack biologically safer treatment solutions creates a disposal these effluents. present study focuses on degradation textile dyes using leaf extract Artemisia stelleriana-assisted nanoparticles zinc oxide (ZnO-NPs). ZnO NPs synthesized were confirmed spectroscopic, X-ray diffraction microscopic analysis. current research utilizes widely used dyes, Reactive Yellow-145 (RY-145), Red-120 (RR-120), Blue-220 (RB-220) Blue-222A (RB-222A), which are released accidentally or due to non-availability cost-efficient, dependable environment-friendly methods, making this work much-needed preventing discharge before treatment. biosynthesized ZnO-NPs top-notch catalysts reduction is witnessed by gradual decrease in absorbance maximum values. After 320 min, under UV light exposure showed 99, 95, 94 45% degradations RY-145, RR-120, RB-220 RB-222A respectively. phytotoxicity conducted at two trophic levels revealed that A. stelleriana-mediated have great potential allowing them be scaled up large-scale treatments.
